Buying or selling in Milhaven

If you are selling your home, several things need to take place: 

• A representative of the HOA Board of Directors needs to inspect the Lot and the exterior of the home

• The HOA Board of Directors needs to provide a “Certificate of Resale”

• In order to receive the Certificate of Resale in a timely way, please email the Board with your written request as soon as you are planning to list the property

• The board requests at least a 2 week notice to prepare the certificate

• The fee for the disclosure package is $200 and must be paid when the Certificate of Resale is received
