Architectural Review Committee

Before submitting a request, please review the Milhaven Declaration of Restrictions.

In order to submit a request for any modification to the exterior of your home or lot, you must: 

1. Complete the Architectural Review Form (download file below).  For home improvements, repairs or additions, please include detailed  information including, where appropriate, location, size, color,  building material, exterior finish, dimensions, etc. If  appropriate, please include drawings showing elevations of additions,  drawing of any shed or outbuilding, or other diagrams that will allow  the Committee to understand your project. Indicate the location of the  project on your lot.

2. The form and all attachments may be submitted by email or in a paper format.  If submitting by email, please email the form and all attachments to Board@Milhaven.net. If submitting in a paper format, please provide two complete copies of the forms and all necessary attachments and mail to

Please allow 30 days for the Architectural Review Committee to review your request. The Committee reserves the right to request additional information if necessary to review the request.

Please  advise any contractors of this requirement. No project can begin without written approval from the Architectural Review Committee.
